Kettering Health has a Workplace Violence Prevention Committee that exists to create and maintain a safe environment for our employees.

One of the committee’s initiatives for this year was to create signage that shows our commitment to the safety of our staff and explicitly states that violence will not be tolerated.

A variety of signs have been displayed in physical and digital formats across our facilities, serving as a reminder to patients and visitors that staff safety is a top priority, and to let them know that the Kettering Health Police Department is onsite to protect patients, visitors, and employees.
