Employee Health (EH) offices have been centralized to Kettering Health Miamisburg and are now primarily utilizing telehealth and phone calls for appointments.
This means that as of January 18, the offices at KH Dayton, Hamilton, Main Campus, Miamisburg, and Soin Medical Center now share a single, centralized phone number, email, and fax number.
You can contact EH services Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m.–5 p.m. using the following information.
- Phone: (937) 630-3690 (ext. 70930)
- Email: employeehealth@ketteringhealth.org
- Fax: (937) 522-7800

Do I have to go to KH Miamisburg for my EH appointments?
No. In this centralized model of service, you’ll utilize telehealth for EH appointments. There are a couple ways to do this:
- Use a personal device with a camera (smartphone, computer, iPad, tablet, etc.) from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
- Use the designated telehealth space at your campus.
- KH Dayton: Located next to the Inpatient Pharmacy and Cardiovascular Lab
- KH Hamilton: Located across the hall from the former Employee Health office
- KH Main Campus: Located in Polin Plaza in the Boonshoft building (next to the former Employee Health office)
- KH Miamisburg: Located in suite 205 in the POB (former Employee Health lobby)
- Soin Medical Center: Located in the former credit union on the first floor next to Radiation Oncology at the Ollie Davis Pavilion
- Using a personal phone or Kettering Health phone.
If you don’t have a device with a camera or prefer to complete your telehealth appointment while at your work location, each campus has its own EH telehealth space equipped with iPads.
How do I use telehealth to utilize EH services?
Telehealth can be used to report initial workplace injuries, complete follow-up appointments with EH staff, and gain clearance to return to work.
If you’re at a Kettering Health facility, you can access the link for telehealth services on the EH homepage on the intranet. If you’re using a personal device at a non-Kettering Health location like your home, you can receive a link to telehealth services via text or email during a phone call with EH.
Why is this change happening and what does it mean for me?
EH offices are centralizing to Kettering Health Miamisburg Suite 200 to streamline its services and offer coverage to all campuses Monday through Friday. There are a few key benefits to this update:
- Increased availability, accessibility, and convenience: The new model provides EH coverage to all campuses Monday through Friday through a simplified contact method. You’ll also no longer need to drive to your campus for return-to-work clearances or any EH appointment.
- Proven methods: Many of our patients use telehealth for their appointments, and Kettering Health Troy, Springfield, Greene Memorial, and Washington Township have already seen success with this type of service. Employees accessing health appointments using the same method allows us to align with one best practice across the organization.
How will I get required vaccines and N95 fit testing?
Monthly, two EH nurses will be onsite at campuses to perform compliance-related tasks like vaccines and N95 fit testing. See the monthly schedule below.
