Looking to spread some extra holiday cheer this year? Consider supporting some of our own Kettering Health employees who are in need this Christmas.
Employees or departments can adopt a family or multiple families to provide assistance, such as gifts or gift cards for the children and family. If you are signing up on behalf of a department or combining with another department to adopt a family, please complete only one sign-up form and designate one person as the contact.
All sign-ups must be completed by Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Note: The location you select on the sign-up sheet will also serve as your drop-off location for gifts.
Once sign-ups close, HR will pair participants with families and share each family’s details with those adopting this year. We’ll also provide the point of contact for your location and confirm the designated drop-off dates and times.
