Kettering Health family,

The holiday season is a time to gather and celebrate the year gone by—and the one to come. Looking back on 2023, thank you for the warm welcome to this organization. One of the most impressive traits of Kettering Health is our continuous support for each other, our patients, and communities.

We can observe that the holiday spirit is alive and well as we host our hospital campus holiday open houses throughout November and December. A Kettering Health badge is all one needs to drop in for a visit. Please set aside time to attend at least one of the open houses as we enjoy great food and fellowship together.  

This season of the year helps us to think beyond ourselves. At its core, we are reminded to be grateful. It is especially gratifying to see the many teams that are participating in our Thanksgiving Food Drive and Adopt-a-Family programs. Thank you for contributing to these most worthy gestures of support for one another. Let’s keep this tradition alive. 

As a very small token of appreciation, Kettering Health will be distributing a gift of $300 to each eligible full-time team member and $150 to each eligible part-time colleague. These will be included in the December 14 pay period.

 May the holiday season bring hope, joy, peace, and a reminder of God’s incredible love for all of us.
