Amy Montgomery and Roseanna Wilson – Kettering Health Main Campus
“An elderly patient entered the heart clinic which is located in the medical office building at Kettering Health Main Campus. The patient was lost and late for an appointment. This patient had been redirected multiple times and was upset and short of breath. Amy and Roseanna took the time to figure out where the patient’s appointment was located. Roseanna found a wheelchair and walked the patient to her appointment in the Boonshoft building, which is on the other side of the campus. Amy called the office to let them know the patient was on her way to the appointment. These two wonderful ladies worked together to help an elderly patient in need. This level of service is living the mission of Kettering Health.”
Jessica Booher, Amy and Roseanna’s manager, responded to the actions of her team members. “Amy and Roseanna are always striving to do what’s correct for our patients whether they are a patient with our providers or others within the facility. These ladies often go above and beyond to assist patients whenever they can and always do so with a huge smile on their faces. They truly embody our mission day in and day out. We’re blessed to have these two attentive, compassionate, caring individuals as part of our organization, even though I tend to think that I’m blessed even further to have them as part of my team.”
