As a healthcare organization, our job is to support the health and well-being of those in our community. We promote continued health and work to restore it in those who may be injured or ill.
Despite our greatest efforts, it’s impossible to be successful with every patient, every time. And even if we are, it’s still a demanding, stressful field that takes a toll on our mental health. According to the CDC, 46% of health workers reported often feeling burned out in 2022, up from 32% in 2018.
And that’s just at work—we also face challenges in our personal lives. All of this means you may need mental health support. We want you to know exactly what resources are available if you or a co-worker are struggling.
