The window for 2024 benefits enrollment is open now through November 6.

Each year, employees are required to re-enroll in benefits for the approaching calendar year. See five tips for successfully enrolling for 2024 benefits.

Enroll through UKG Benefits Administration under Manage My Benefits. Access the log-in link at ketteringhealth.org/myhr, or by visiting the myHR portal on the intranet.

You can also enroll over the phone. Contact our enrollers at (937) 396-6426 Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m.–6 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.

Whether you’re enrolling for the first time or looking to change your plan, our team is here to help. Here’s how to get in touch with a benefits specialist who can help you choose the offerings that best meet your needs.

• Phone: Call 1-844-235-4647 or ext. 70000. Team members are available by phone Monday-Thursday 7 a.m.–5 p.m. and Fridays 7 a.m.–4 p.m.
• Live chat: Ask questions through a live chat in the myHR portal Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
• One-on-one Q&A sessions: Schedule a meeting with a benefits specialist September 25-October 6 to ask more in-depth questions to help you choose the benefits that best meet your needs. Click here to access the online form and schedule a 1:1 session. Please note that you cannot enroll at these sessions.
• Benefit Fairs: During these on-site sessions held October 9-27, you’ll be able to speak with some of our benefit providers and ask questions to better understand what is available to you as a Kettering Health employee. There will be nine on-site fairs. All will be from 7 a.m.–4 p.m.

2024 benefits enrollment will be open for a month-long period from October 6-November 3 to give you and your family the most time to learn about benefits offerings and select the right ones for the year ahead.

As healthcare costs increase, Kettering Health works to keep your costs as low as possible. You may notice a slight increase in premiums and deductibles year-over-year to account for rising costs. Review pages seven and eight of the 2024 Benefits Guide to see the rates for the upcoming year.
