It’s time to enroll in your 2024 employee benefits. The window to enroll is open now through November 6. Remember, benefits do not roll over—you must re-enroll each year.
How to enroll
There are two ways you can enroll:
- Online via UKG Benefits Administration
o Click on the myHR icon in the footer of the intranet homepage, then click on the UKG icon under Quick Links to sign-in to UKG. Then under Myself click Manage My Benefits. - Over the phone with an enroller
o Call (937) 396-6426 Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m.–6 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.

Leadership and Employee Benefit Meetings
Attend an open enrollment benefits meeting to learn more about 2024 benefits and ask questions. First, there will be meetings for leaders and then there will be meetings for all employees.
September 5-8: Leadership Benefit Meetings

These sessions will take place on Microsoft Teams, and calendar invites will be sent to Kettering Health email accounts. When you receive the invites, please accept the meeting time that best fits your schedule.
September 25-October 6: One-on-one Q&A Sessions
Schedule a meeting with a benefits specialist to ask more in-depth questions to help you choose the benefits that best meet your needs. Click here to access the online form and schedule a 1:1 session.
October 9-27: Benefit Fairs
During these on-site sessions, you’ll be able to speak with some of our benefit providers and ask questions. Stay tuned for a meeting schedule coming soon.
