The Plaza
(Assisted and Independent Apartment Style Living)

The monthly fee covers all of the amenities mentioned below:
- All utilities, except intranet, cable and phone
- A full range of social activities
- Exercise Physiologist led classes
- Concierge service, including scheduled transportation
- Exercise room
- Laundry facilities on each floor
- Individually controlled thermostats
- On-site beauty salon
- Room service during illness
- Three delicious meals served in our beautiful dining room

- 24-hour Nursing and Caregiving staff

* Additional costs may be necessary according to the individuals assessed day to day Clinical needs.
* Additional assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, transportation to and from meals are determined based upon each person’s individualized assessment. Respite Services are also available in the Plaza for temporary assisted and independent living stays.
Independent Living
Located on the campus of Kettering Health Miamisburg (formerly Sycamore Medical Center), our Plaza apartments, Pines ranch duplexes and cottages, and charming Villa homes offer you and your loved one options for finding your best independent living arrangements.
Our location next to the hospital gives you the benefit of close access to emergency services, physician offices, and a pharmacy.
The Village
We bring style to senior living. The Village, which is comprised of the Pines and Villa homes have welcoming front porches, charming sunrooms, and beautiful exteriors. Enjoy the comforts of your own home, with the conveniences of maintenance free living. Enjoy a day at the Plaza for all events and outings. Dining in the Plaza dining room is available for a nominal charge.
Features include the following for both Pines and Villa homes:
- Paid real estate taxes
- Paid water and sewer and trash
- Snow and trash removal
- Emergency call system
- Scheduled maintenance
- Scheduled social activities
- Scheduled landscaping
- Central heating and air

The Pines
Sycamore Glen Retirement Community includes elegant ranch-style duplexes that are available in both one and two-bedrooms. Residents simply pay a monthly fee. A non-refundable entrance fee comparable to your month’s rent is due at the time of signing.
The Villas
These beautiful two and three bedroom homes offer 5 different floor plans. The Village at Sycamore Glen offers secure walking areas. Enjoy a stroll through the neighborhood to visit friends or simply enjoy sitting on the porch or deck in pleasant weather.
No matter what style of Villa you choose, you are sure to feel at home in the secure and calm setting of the Village at Sycamore Glen. The Villas offer both standalone homes and duplex style living.
