Whether you’re looking for a primary care provider (PCP) or need help finding a way to get to your next appointment, we know searching for answers can be overwhelming. A Healthcare Navigator will do all the research for you, giving you a list of options and information.
Services and providers that we can help you find include
- PCPs accepting new patients, including Medicare patients
- Mental health support such as counselors, recovery programs, and more
- Specialty providers such as orthopedists, pediatricians, and more

To contact a Healthcare Navigator, call (937) 558-3925 or email ketteringhealthnavigator@ketteringhealth.org. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If you leave a message after business hours, we will contact you the next business day.
Following your call or email, a Healthcare Navigator will put together a list of providers or resources that fit your needs and preferences within a few days and send it to you however you’d prefer—email, postal, or over the phone.
