Open enrollment is coming soon: Employees can sign up for 2025 benefits from October 4-November 1.

Each year, employees are required to re-enroll in benefits for the approaching calendar year. Check out the tips and resources below that will help you choose–and enroll in–the plan that best meets your needs. 

How to enroll

There are two ways you can enroll: 

1. Online through UKG Benefits Administration. Click on the myHR icon in the footer of the intranet homepage, then click on the UKG icon under Quick Links to sign into UKG. Then under Myself, click Manage My Benefits. 
2. Over the phone with an enroller. Call (937) 396-6426 Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Simplified plans

For 2025, there is no increase in health plan premiums, copays, or deductibles. And with the discontinuation of the wellness incentive program, you’ll also notice the following updates: 

• PPO plan: Every person will receive the same premium rate.
• High deductible health plan (HDHP): Instead of having an employer contribution to the HSA, those dollars are being reallocated to lower insurance premiums. 

Key dates and meetings

Meetings are held throughout the open enrollment period so you can learn more about benefit offerings and choose the right plan for you and your family. 

Leadership and Employee Benefit Meetings: September 3-20

Attend an open enrollment meeting to learn more about 2025 benefits and ask questions. These meetings happen via Teams, so watch your Kettering Health email account for calendar invites, and accept the meeting time that best fits your schedule. 

• September 3: 10:30-11:30 a.m., 3-4 p.m.
• September 4: 8:30-9:30 a.m., 4-5 p.m.
• September 5: 9-10 a.m., 11 a.m.-noon
• September 6: 9-10 a.m., 2-3 p.m.

• September 9: 8:30-9:30 a.m., 11 a.m.-noon
• September 10: 9-10 a.m., 1:30-2:30 p.m.
• September 11: 10-11 a.m., 2:30-3:30 p.m.
• September 18: 9-10 a.m., 2-3 p.m.
• September 19: 9:30-10:30 a.m., 2:30-3:30 p.m.
• September 20: 9-10 a.m., 1:30-2:30 p.m.

Benefit Fairs: October 7-25

During these on-site sessions, you’ll be able to speak with some of our benefit providers and ask questions. See the meeting schedule below. All benefit fairs are 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
