Exercise Programs

We offer a variety of opportunities for our patients to continue their exercise programs far beyond completion of therapy. At the NeuroRehab and Balance Center, we believe in the power of life long exercise in maximizing function, health and quality of life. At the same time, we understand the many challenges that patients may face accessing a busy gym, using equipment safely or determining the best exercise program for them. Whether you need individualized training with our exercise physiologist or the motivation provided by one of our group classes, the fitness programs offered at the NeuroRehab and Balance Center have something for you.

This program is designed for participants who can exercise in our gym somewhat independently or with the assistance of a trained caregiver/family member. Our staff help determine a customized program for you and an exercise physiologist will be available to:

  • Adjust and fit exercise equipment
  • Provide stand-by supervision or minimal assistance for safety while getting on and off equipment
  • Take blood pressure and heart rate when needed
  • Use the balance and gait harnesses
  • Provide assessment and progression of your exercise program to help you best meet your goals

Open Gym Times: Mon, Wed & Fri 12pm-1pm. For more information: Call 937-401-6109, press option 2.
