Shawn Hannah, PA-C, is a physician assistant on the Kettering Health Brain & Spine team.

He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College. He served in the Air Force as a captain for 21 years, where he had the opportunity to work with a weather team directly supporting Presidents Bush's and Obama's travels abroad and locally. He is married to his soulmate Theresa with whom he shares three children.

He loves playing soccer and has been privileged to do so in eight different countries.

A physician assistant (PA) is a licensed provider who holds a master's or doctoral degree and has advanced clinical training. They collaborate with physicians to diagnose and treat patients. Like physicians, they make referrals, provide physical exams, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications.
