About Me
Rachelle Dulan Hood, DO, is a primary care physician with experience in family medicine. Dr. Dulan Hood has a special interest in culinary medicine and believes in patient-centered treatment and enjoys treating people of all ages.
She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University and completed her family medicine residency at Kettering Health Dayton.
In her free time, Dr. Dulan Hood loves to paint, cook, and visit art museums. She also serves as the Physician Diversity Advocate for Kettering Health, providing diversity, equity, and inclusion training for resident physicians. Part of that role also involves building partnerships with community organizations to address social determinants of health.

I practice holistic medicine which means that I care for a person's mind, body, and spirit. That kind of care requires an authentic patient-doctor relationship and that is perhaps my favorite part of practicing medicine. Holistic healing is my calling.
