Madysen Acra, PA-C, is a physician assistant working in primary care. She has a strong interest in preventative medicine. Madysen is also interested in chronic disease management.

She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College. Madysen completed all her clinical rotations in Dayton, giving her experience in fields such as primary care, women's health, dermatology, orthopedics, and mental health. She worked as a pharmacy technician before earning her master's degree.

Madysen decided in high school that she wanted to be a physician assistant. She shadowed healthcare practitioners during school, and as she learned more about the physician assistant role, she loved that they can directly provide high-quality care to patients. Madysen enjoys the challenge of being an advanced practice provider, the joy that she gets from the patients, and the feeling that she is making a difference in their lives.

In her free time, Madysen enjoys spending time with her spouse and her dog, Bailey. She also enjoys baking various desserts and being crafty with her Cricut. She is originally from Indiana and loves going back home to spend time with her family.

A physician assistant (PA) is a licensed healthcare provider who holds a master’s or doctoral degree and has advanced clinical training.
