Need your COVID-19 Vaccination Card?

Get back to the things you love

COVID-19 vaccines are here. The vaccine helps prepare your immune system to fight the COVID-19 virus if you're exposed to it. Masks and social distancing help limit your exposure and lower the chance of you spreading the virus. To end the pandemic, we need to use all the tools available - including vaccinations! If you have questions about the safety of the vaccine, please click here to download our FAQ flyer.

Schedule now or walk-in! Walk-in appointments will be accommodated if doses are available during open hours.
