Pricing for an independent living home starts at $1,550 a month. Pricing for an independent living apartment begins at $2,700. See the floor plans on the independent living or assisted living pages for more details. The price is subject to change and varies based on the floor plan, square footage, and availability.
Medicaid can help cover the cost of assisted living services, and we accept the Medicaid waiver for assisted living apartments. Residents have peace of mind knowing that their needs will be met no matter what the future may bring. Our commitment is for life; no resident will ever be asked to leave for financial reasons.
We offer a wide variety of opportunities for entertainment, worship, social and educational engagement, fitness, and wellness, along with group outings for shopping, sightseeing, and adventure. From neighborhood block parties to the Green Thumb Club, noodle ball, and weekly outings, we offer something for everyone!
Our independent living community enjoys an abundance of activities like their annual Chili Dump, Memorial Day BBQ, and monthly women’s luncheons. Pets are welcome in our independent living homes but not in our independent and assisted living apartments.
